Shipping and delivery of our products

All our items are made to order. You will find delivery estimates for each item on the individual product pages. Once you place your order, we will let you know our anticipated delivery date. Then, once your item arrives with us, we will be in touch again to arrange delivery. Please note we base delivery estimates on guidance from our suppliers, they can be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.

We offer worldwide shipping. However, for certain regions a custom shipping and quote is required. We offer a door-to-door shipment to the countries listed on our website. If your country is not listed in the shipping options, please contact us: info@mullervanseveren.be and we will prepare a personalized quote for you. 

The transport of the purchased items will be carried out by the transport service contracted by Muller Van Severen. In order to avoid delivery incidents, it is essential to fill in the corresponding form, including the box relating to the contact telephone number. Pick-up by our transporter for deliveries takes place Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm. Depending on your location, the timing for delivery may vary between 7-21 working days. 

Very occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay your delivery date. If this happens, we will keep you informed. However, we cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.

Delivery costs depend on the destination of the shipments and will be indicated before the purchase is made. 

Delivery shall be made by a third party on behalf of Muller Van Severen. In the event that the products are damaged during transport, the Customer shall indicate the defects on the carrier's delivery note. In this case, Muller Van Severen will repair or replace the defective products as soon as possible. The absence of any comments from the customer at the time of delivery shall be considered as full conformity and acceptance of the product received.

If you wish to change your delivery address after placing your order this is possible. However, we will re-calculate your delivery charges and either charge or refund you the difference.

It is your responsibility to ensure your items can be delivered into your property safely and reasonably. This includes access from the road to your property.
